Technique
Section titled “Technique”Lower the chest beneath the bar as deeply as possible, then pull upward from the bottom position. [1]
Preparation
Section titled “Preparation”Build strong push-ups with substantial depth before progressing to the straight-bar dip. The ability to push effectively from a deep position supports the transition to working below the bar. [2]
